The 3rd one of CSCroro’s 2000 unit PCC series, M/V Chang xinglong’s delivery and Virgin Voyage ceremony was held in Tianjing global Roro terminal on Oct.30, 2009. This is also the first vessel, which was built and operated by Financial-Leasing mode between the lessee (ICBC) and the operator (CSCroro).
The secretary of Part committee of Sinotrans-CSC group, also the president of CSCroro Liu xihan and the chief supervisor Zhao lin attended the ceremony and made their greeting speech on behalf of Sinotrans-CSC group and ICBC respectively. The vice secretary general of Tianjin government Chen zongsheng also attended the ceremony, Chen said in his greeting speech, M/V Chang xinglong’s virgin voyage not only marks the shipping economy in our country has made great breakthrough in financial-leasing mode, creative trade and technology level, but also achieve the perfect combination between modern financial-leasing mode and logistics and shipbuilding industry, it sets a perfect economic development example.
